Payment for one night is
required in advance to confirm reservation. The full amount
will be due and payable a month prior to date of the
reservation, payable by cash, check or credit card.

Guaranteed reservations can
be made by phone with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master
Card and American Express.

Fourteen days cancellation
notice required for refund. Payment for the reservation is
not refundable if there is a cancellation notice less than
fourteen days in advance of arrival. In the event of
cancellation prior to fourteen days, a 10% charge of the
total will be deducted.

Check in 3-6 p.m. After 6
p.m. by prior arrangement only.

Check out by 11 am.

We are set up to serve our
renown breakfasts promptly at 9:00am.

This is a non-smoking
establishment. However smoking is allowed on the
grounds and patios.

We are able to accommodate
supervised older children. Children must be supervised at
all times.

We love pets....have
some....including goldfish....but our pets cannot
accommodate others.

Two or three day minimum
stays on holidays or special events.

Any guest damage will be
charged to the guest.
