Welcome to Alamo Village....a step back in time
to an era when the cowboys and Indians fought and
Mexico
and the United States were at war. Today the Alamo
still stands where the movie The Alamo with John Wayne was
filmed. Construction for the set was begun in 1959 and to this day
it remains a working movie set for western movies and movies that
require a rustic and isolated location.
Many movies and
commercials/videos
have been made here. The actual
complex
consists of several buildings for use as various western style
facilities. Remember that this IS still an active
